Line Cut: Ctrl + L

To cut the current line, use either Line Cut or Cut (Ctrl + X). Line Cut works whether code is selected or not; whereas Cut will only take the selection if there is one. Therefore, I am going to train myself to always use Line Cut.

Line Cut also works across multiple lines.
